Here are the steps to add, edit, and delete tags in WordPress.

Adding Tags

1. Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard:

   – Go to `http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin`

   – Enter your username and password.

2. Navigate to the Tags Section:

   – In the left-hand menu, hover over “Posts” and then click on “Tags”.

3. Add New Tag:

   – On the Tags page, you’ll see fields to add a new tag.

   – Enter the tag name in the “Name” field.

   – Optionally, you can add a “Slug” (URL-friendly version of the name).

   – You can also add a description for the tag in the “Description” field.    – Click the “Add New Tag” button to create the tag.

Editing Tags

1. Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard:

   – Go to `http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin`

   – Enter your username and password.

2. Navigate to the Tags Section:

   – In the left-hand menu, hover over “Posts” and then click on “Tags”.

3. Find the Tag to Edit:

   – Browse the list of tags or use the search bar to find the tag you want to edit.

4. Edit the Tag:

   – Hover over the tag name and click on “Edit” or “Quick Edit”.

   – For “Edit”, you’ll be taken to a new page where you can change the name, slug, and description.

   – For “Quick Edit”, you can edit the name and slug directly from the Tags page.

   – Click “Update” to save your changes.

Deleting Tags

1. Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard:

   – Go to `http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin`

   – Enter your username and password.

2. Navigate to the Tags Section:

   – In the left-hand menu, hover over “Posts” and then click on “Tags”.

3. Find the Tag to Delete:

   – Browse the list of tags or use the search bar to find the tag you want to delete.

4. Delete the Tag:

   – Hover over the tag name and click on the “Delete” link that appears.

   – A confirmation message will appear. Click “OK” to delete the tag.
